Where to begin
This page is for anyone who has had a concussion and is not fully back to normal. It does not matter whether the injury was recent or months ago, whether you have seen other providers, or whether you can clearly describe what still feels off. If something is not right, that is enough of a reason to start here.
We are currently serving clients virtually.

Is this for me?
You are in the right place if any of the following describes your situation:
You were cleared after a concussion but still do not feel like yourself. Your symptoms have plateaued or keep cycling back. You have been told everything looks normal, but something is clearly not right. You are not sure what to try next.
You do not need a recent injury or a formal diagnosis to work with us. You need a clear picture of what is happening and a structured path forward.

What happens in the first visit?
The initial consultation is a one-on-one virtual session, typically 60 minutes. We spend the first part reviewing your full history, including the mechanism of injury, how symptoms have evolved, what you have already tried, and how your daily function has been affected.
From there, we assess how key systems are currently performing. This includes how the nervous system is regulating, how you are tolerating activity and stress, and whether patterns like sleep disruption, cervical involvement, or visual changes are contributing to your symptoms.
By the end of the session, you will have a clear explanation of what is driving your symptoms and a written plan outlining your next steps, including what to do, what to avoid, and how to progress.
This visit does require the use of a computer with a camera and enough space for you to walk around. We suggest having a trusted adult partner in the room with you if possible.

What comes after?
Your plan is specific to your presentation and built to adjust as you improve. Follow-up sessions are used to track progress, refine your protocol, and pace your return to full activity. We offer both individual appointments and full recovery programs, depending on what your situation requires.
Most people find that having a structured plan, rather than waiting and hoping, is what finally moves recovery forward.
